departments are set up to serve the music industry.
In contrast, Caragan's team of
experienced industry professionals are set up to serve you, a musician.
The workings of Caragan can broadly be explained as follows:
- You send us demos of your music.

We assess all submissions. If the music is of sufficient quality
then we personally play it to our contacts in the major
record/publishing/production companies most suited to your submission.

The record/publishing/production company then contacts
you at their discretion. We take no further part in subsequent
transactions; in particular, we do not take a cut of your
royalties.

If your music is not deemed suitable for forwarding then one of the
industry experts in the Caragan Team writes a
personal and friendly report detailing why we took this decision and
explaining how to improve your chances of forwarding next time.
Assessing submissions in-house and only forwarding those of high quality
is the key to our success. If we forwarded material regardless of quality there
would be no incentive for our contacts in record/publishing/production companies
to listen to the music. By only forwarding good quality demos we maintain good
relationships with our partner companies, ensuring that your music gets heard.
