5. Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully and sign then sign the declaration below. Without your signature we cannot process your demos!

1. Caragan guarantees your music will be listened to by at least one of our panel of music industry experts.
2. If your music is deemed to be suitable then Caragan will forward your music to their contacts in the music companies they feel are most suited to your submission. The contact details specified on Page 1 will be given to the music companies that the demo(s) are forwarded to.
3. If your music is not forwarded to record labels then Caragan will provide a personal feedback report detailing why we took this decision.
4. Caragan will NOT take a cut of any money you earn, or have already earned, through the music you submit to us. Nor will Caragan take a cut of any record/publishing deals arising as a consequence of your submission or otherwise.
5. Caragan reserves the right to use your submission and, if applicable, any details about your subsequent signing in our promotional material.

Declaration

I declare that all the demos submitted are the work of the artist(s) named on Section 1 of this document (unless explicitly marked as a "cover" in Section 4 of this form). If the submission is being made by an agent acting on behalf of the artist(s) named in Section 1 of this document then I declare that they have given their permission for their music to be submitted to Caragan.
